Welcome to the "微醺坊 (We Drink Fun)" application (the "App"). This App is developed and provided by AllinProgram.com ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using and uninstall the App immediately.

1. Description of Service

We Drink Fun is a drinking record tool. Its main features include:

  • Local Recording: Record drinking sessions, beverages, and attendees on your device. All record data is stored exclusively on your device.

  • Data Visualization & Sharing: Generate statistics charts and shareable images based on your local data.

  • Voice Input (AI Parsing): Your spoken content is transcribed to text via on-device speech recognition, then relayed through our servers to a third-party large language model (DeepSeek) to be parsed into structured records. Speech is recognized on your device; we do not store your audio files.

  • Subscription Service (PRO): Unlock premium features via auto-renewable subscriptions.

2. Account

  • No registration is required to use the App. To manage quotas for voice AI parsing and verify subscription entitlements, the App creates an anonymous account via Supabase (containing no personal information such as name, email, or phone number). This anonymous account is used solely for API authentication and usage metering.

  • You may delete your account at any time in "Settings". Upon deletion, the anonymous account on our servers will be removed and all local data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

3. Subscription & Auto-Renewal

  • The App offers auto-renewable subscription services (PRO). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account, and the subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s "Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions".

  • After switching devices or reinstalling the App, you can restore your purchased subscription via "Settings → Restore Purchases" in the App.

  • Except as required by applicable law, fees paid are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations;

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the normal operation of the App and its backend services;

  • Abuse the voice AI parsing API (including but not limited to bulk automated calls or submitting illegal or non-compliant content).

5. Health & Age Notice

  • The App’s subject matter involves alcohol consumption records and is intended only for adults of legal drinking age.

  • The App does not constitute medical advice. Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to your health; please drink responsibly. If you struggle with alcohol dependence, please seek professional medical help.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (including but not limited to code, interface design, chart styles, and copy) belong to us. The record data you create through the App belongs to you.

7. Third-Party Services

Third-party services integrated into the App (Supabase, DeepSeek, RevenueCat, OneSignal, Microsoft Clarity) are governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your local data. We are not liable for data loss caused by device loss, damage, or app uninstallation. We recommend backing up your data regularly using the export feature.

9. Changes & Termination

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice.

  • If you breach these Terms, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate the services provided to you.

  • You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App or deleting your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of our principal place of operation, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

11. Additional Apple Terms

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, you are also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s Standard EULA shall prevail.
